Our adult programs give you a great workout both physically and mentally and is strictly for Teens & Adults ONLY which allows us to really focus on our students individual goals.
Doesn't matter how flexible you are or how strong you are when you start. Most of our classes are designed so you can go at your own pace allowing you to maximize your training. Increase your flexibility, strength, cardio, & coordination with a great workout with great people. With a positive atmosphere where all we care about is getting better together.
You're never too old to learn something new! This class is a work out but regardless of your current fitness level or any limitations you may have we can work with you on designing a routine that will work with your needs.
Mondays are for learning and pushing to get better with our kickboxing skills. Typically we start with a light jog with exercises to warm up, followed by stretching, then technical work giving drills for both beginners & advanced students, finishing it off with partner drills on either hand mitts or Thai Pads. Students can wear any exercise attire they want with a school T-Shirt.
Our Traditional Martial Arts classes where students experience the true meaning of martial arts. A Typical class begins with a light warm up & stretching, followed by group exercise that vary day to day to keep things fresh, and finish off with target practice. Get a feel for what it means to study traditional martial arts in an authentic environment. But don't worry, we also employ modern training methods to keep things up to date. These classes keep to tradition with students required to wear a Dobuk (Korean for uniform).
Thursdays is all about combining modern kickboxing skills with traditional Tae Kwon Do elements. Optional Sparring is done after class for those wishing to spar. Students wear their TKD Pants, Belt, and a School T-Shirt (or full uniform).
Every class is a great workout, but Friday night is something special! Friday night is our extreme night where we push it to the limits. Friday Night is all about Strenghting and Conditioning (S.A.C.) Mixing Kickboxing drills and elements for great cardio while also employing plyometric drills to build strength and tone our bodies. Friday Night is done in any exercise attire and a school T-Shirt.
Saturday afternoons are always busy. With Open Practice where students can come up and workout on their own what ever they need with instructors walking around to help anyone that needs it. Some Saturday afternoons are reserved for Black Belt Only Training. Please see our school calendar for this weeks class set up.
We offer daytime classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays for students wishing to squeeze in a great workout during their lunch break. Offering an even more flexible schedule for those that need it!

In the middle of training, nothing else seems to matter. Problems outside seems to not matter when you're giving it all. This helps your mind to relax and focus on something else giving it a chance to recover and refresh.
Our system is specifically designed to give you the tools to defend yourself and your loved ones from harm. Through training you'll also gain one of the most important things in self defense, confidence.
