About the Class

In a unique & effective way, the Cho's Tae Kwon Do Kids program focuses on techniques to help them defend against bullies in real world situations and offers activities to make learning fun and exciting. 

With the guidance of the instructors, the kids program offers your child the opportunity to gain self-confidence, to depend on their own individual skills, and to instill a genuine belief in their own abilities; all of which translates to a more confident self.


5 evening classes a week to choose from and now offering 2 daytime classes perfect for students who are home schooled or on vacation.

Perfect for students who are home schooled or on vacation, these new day time classes allow students to get their work out in and free up some valuable time. These classes are in addition to our normal evening classes allowing us to offer an even more flexible schedule to our students & parents.

Fitness

We try to install the importance of healthy living and an active life style. Martial Arts training is a great way to increase fitness, flexibility, strength, and coordination.

Classes 5x a week + 2 daytime options available

Most Students train 2x - 3x a week. With a full schedule available to our students its easy to find times that work best for your busy schedule.
